Straight flush: Any five-card sequence in the same suit.
Four of a kind: A hand with four cards of the same value.

Flush: Five cards of the same suit but not in sequence.
Straight: Five cards in sequence, but not in the same suit.
Three of a kind: Three cards of the same value.
Two pair: Two pairs of cards of one rank.

Remember that when playing Aces and Faces, you must get at least a Pair of Jacks (Two Pairs of jacks or higher) in order to qualify for a winning hand. That means that getting One Pair or a High Card won't win you anything, and in fact you will loose the round.
